About the event
We're fortunate to be joined by David Witko from Hellyers Road in Tasmania. He will be guiding us through a flight of some of Australia's oldest and most awarded whisky.
Hellyers Road have been distilling whisky since 1999 at their distillery on the beautiful North West Coast of Tasmania, and this sense of permanence distinguishes them because it’s allowed them to know exactly what whisky in every barrel they fill, and finetune their processes to the climate around them. It's said their Bond Store is home to the lion’s share of Australian’s aged whisky, and they cant wait to sharing this with you over the coming decades.
