Furneaux Showcase at Bon Vivant

We're very excited to be hosting Head Distiller Tom from Furneaux. We've been huge fans of their single malt ever since the first drop hit our lips. After two years of trying to align our schedules we've finally got the opportunity to host them.

Furneaux is one of Australia's best example of gathering sense of place in their bottles. Now growing their own barley and using peat dug up not far from the distillery, you will never find a better reflection of the Flinders Island maritime influence in a bottle of whisky.

Tom will be bring along his core range of 3 whiskies as well as a couple of limited releases. We'll be pairing this up with a little bit of smoked meats to go along with that beautiful peat that shines through in his liquid.
