The Bon Vivant’s Companion is a cocktail and whisky bar in the heart of Mornington, inspired by the artistry of fine drinking. Taking its name from the first published bartender’s guide—written in 1863 by cocktail pioneer Professor Jerry Thomas—our bar honours the craft of mixology with a modern, elevated approach.
